The petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. Case No. 22/1999, arising out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 265 of 1999, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act. It is a case of misuse the privilege of bail. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail for about 10 years and for that the petitioner has remained in jail since 05.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 41⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in N.D.P.S.
