2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents to settle the land and issue Parcha of the land, Mauza Gahuma Bairia, Khata no. 449 (old), 1588 (New), Khesra no. 2376, 3136,

(ii) for quashing Notice Reference no. 86 dt. 28.01.2017 (Annexure8 series) passed in case no. 11/2016-17 by Circle Officer, Phulparas, District Madhubani, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has bee3n directed to vacate the said land in question within 15 days;

(iii) for any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned State Counsel has pointed out that simple notice dated 18.1.2017 issued by the Circle Officer, Phulparas, Madhubani has been challenged in the writ petition instead of replying to it.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument submits that he shall be filing reply to the said notice immediately.

5. If the petitioner has still not appeared and the matter is pending, if he appears, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously.
