The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case no. 124 of 2017 (Excise Case No. 1171 of 2017), registered under Section 30(A) and 56(D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police recorded confessional statement of co-accused Praful Kumar Singh, who disclosed that he used to supply the liquor to this petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9733 of 2019(4) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Addl. Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case no. 124 of 2017 (Excise Case No. 1171 of 2017), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
