1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA-11 for the State.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the authorities to supply the certified copy of Khatiyan of Cadastral survey of Mauza- Ladma, Thana No.206, Anchal- Manigachhi, District- Darbhanga.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for obtaining the certified copy of the aforesaid cadastral survey on 11.11.2024 (Annexure-1) in the office of the District Magistrate, but the same till date has not

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Darbhanga to make available the certified copy of the Khatiyan of Cadastral survey of Mauza- Ladma, Thana No.206, Anchal, Manigachhi, DistrictDarbhanga, if the application filed by the petitioner is in accordance with law.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Darbhanga to make available the certified copy of Khatiyan of Cadastral survey of Mauza- Ladma, Thana No.206, Anchal, Manigachhi, District- Darbhanga in view of the application filed by the petitioner on 11.11.2024 (Annexure-1) within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the application dated 11.11.2024 is in accordance with law.
