Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner challenging his suspension order but, on inquiry, the petitioner has already been dismissed from service, as such, this application has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
