JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are the mother-in-law and Nanad of the victim and are facing accusation punishable under section 498-A and 304-B IPC in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014.

It has been contented that from bare perusal of the FIR it appears that the boy married on his own free will with the victim. He is in custody since 30.01.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction CJM, Araria in Jogbani P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19289 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 Case No. 125 of 2014 on condition that one of the bailors of each of the petitioners shall be their own/close family members. As soon as the charges are framed, the petitioners shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel their bail bonds.
