For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ajay Kumar No.2 (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioners, namely, Hare Krishna Kewat @ Hari Krishna Kewat and Mukesh Kumar, in connection with Nawanagar (Sonbarsa) Police Station Case No. 94 of 2015, under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20(B)(II)(c)/22/27A/29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Hari Mohan Tripathi, learned Counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Ajay Kumar No.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12221 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
