JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one co-accused are said to have thrown acid on the informant and her daughter due to land dispute but admittedly, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injuries said to be caused by acid. Moreover, mother of the petitioner appears to have sustained grievous injury on her person. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.12.2015 and it is admitted case of the parties that alleged occurrence took place because of land dispute. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the injured of the present case sustained simple injuries.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10621 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.Case No. 79 of 2015.
