ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. In the present writ application, the petitioner seeks to quash the F.I.R. in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.68/2019 registered under Section 272/273 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 38/41/48 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and also to stay the arrest of the petitioner. In view of the nature of allegations and that the matter is still at the investigating stage as the chargesheet has not been submitted, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. It is dismissed.
