Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 738 of 2021, arising out of Excise Case No. 179 of 2021-22 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 79 litres of Wiscof cough syrup from an Alto car. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhepura in connection with Excise Case No. 738 of 2021, arising out of Excise Case No. 179 of 2021-22.
