JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard Mr. Amresh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Akhileshwar Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Economic Offence Unit. The petitioner is alleged to have forged cheques and withdrew amounts from different banks and for that there are many cases pending against the petitioner for the same and similar offences.

Therefore, considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

Mr. Akhileshwar Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19078 of 2015 (6) dt.21-09-2015 P2/2 appearing on behalf of the Economic Offence Unit has submitted that he shall make all efforts for completion of the trial within six months after framing of charge.

Learned trial court is directed forthwith to frame the charge and hold the trial on day-to-day basis so that the trial may be concluded within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
