Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 34501 of 2017. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that only one witness has been examined till date and he is in custody for more than two years.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstance, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, as the informant is present, he is directed to produce independent witnesses in the court on the date fixed so that the trial may be concluded as expeditiously as possible.
