The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2017, registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 08.09.2017, informant, Dev Prasad Paswan, came to know that 7 to 8 boys had gone along with his son, Dharmendra Kumar in village Rukunpura. On next day, informant came to know from Rupaspur Police Station that the dead body of his son is lying in the field in Dania village. Informant claimed that Chandu Ram, along with his associates, has committed the murder of his son and threw the dead body to conceal the evidence.

In course of investigation, Chandu Ram confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner having hand in present occurrence. Further, submission is that in fact, petitioner is accused in three cases, as detailed in paragraph 3, due to that reason the police has implicated the petitioner showing his name in the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2019 and after investigation, the police, has already submitted the charge sheet. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Danapur, Patna. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shamshad/- U T
