JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 01.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406/34, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014.
