The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to consider his case on the line of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Ano. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner in the light of judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Ano.
