In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dispute arose on account of running of drainage and also for irrigating the agricultural field. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has already been settled between the parties and in this regard a compromise petition has been filed before the Court below.

At this stage, this Court is not giving any opinion about the compromise petition filed before the Court below, it is

However, considering the entire facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, District- Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
