2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 709 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 149, 447, 386, 379, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 20(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of doing illegal mining. He is in jail since 02.10.2023 having clean antecedent. There is no recovery from the petitioner.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5045 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 709 of 2023.
