The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 457, 354B of the IPC and section 8 of the POSCO Act. The petitioner is alleged to have picked up the victim and made an attempt to outrage her modesty after taking her inside the house but the victim did not allow and on alarm, the petitioner fled away.

It is submitted that the petitioner is neighbour of the victim. Some dispute is carrying on between the petitioner and the family of the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 17.3.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, I, Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha-Manikpur P.S.Case No.18 of 2015.
