Learned counsel appearing for opposite party No. 2 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is also present.

It would appear from perusal of order dated 2108-2014 that the petitioner was granted provisional bail and, thereafter, both parties started residing together and this court vide order dated 11-11-2014, granted six months time to watch the conduct of the parties.

It is informed on behalf of opposite party No. 2 that opposite party No. 2 is residing with the petitioner but still, some more time is required to keep vigil over the conduct of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21039 of 2014 (11) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 In the aforesaid circumstances, provisional bail, granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 21-08-2014 in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2012 is, hereby confirmed.

However, it is made clear that the learned trial court shall keep strict vigil over the conduct of the petitioner and if, any complain is made on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 against the behaviour of the petitioner, the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Vaishali at Hajipur shall pass appropriate order on the aforesaid complain after due and proper inquiry.
