The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S.Case no.229 of 2018 dated 1.11.2018, , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 308, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioners set the wife of the petitioner no.1 on fire causing injury Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main allegation is against the petitioner no.1 and the other petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12826 of 2019(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 the petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law , petition no.3 is the wife of the petitioner no.1 and the petitioner no.4 is the father-inlaw. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, so far petitioner no.1 Manoj Choudhary is concerned, I am not inclined to grant bail to him, however, petitioner nos. 2 Fulmati Devi @ Fulmanti Devi, 3. Bebi Devi and 4. Birerendra Choudhary @ Balindra Choudhary , in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.Case no.229 of 2018 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
