The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022 0registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B), 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No forgery has been done by the petitioner in her Madhyama Certificate which is true and genuine issued by the Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna. Further he submits that several co-accused persons, having similar allegations in different police stations, have already been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S.
