JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents including the Sanskrit Shiksha Board. Mr. S.S. Sundram, learned counsel for the Board submits that the approval is required from Sanskrit Shiksha Board and he assures the Court that Sanskrit Shiksha Board will take appropriate decision in the matter of approval of the services of the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take final decision with regard to approval of the services of the petitioner. While taking decision, the respondent Sanskrit Shiksha Board is required to
Patna High Court CWJC No.7110 of 2017 dt.30-03-2018 2/2 consider the fact that similarly circumstanced other case was considered and the services of similarly circumstanced was approved by the Sanskrit Shiksha Board. Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent Sanskrit Shiksha Board within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
