The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 51 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sections 8, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

On secret information a raid was conducted and 07 persons including this petitioners were apprehended on the spot. On search, 1.150 KG of Charas, arms and ammunition, 5.100 KG of Ganja, mobile phones and motorcycle were recovered from their possession.

Petitioner is accused in four more cases, but he is on bail in all those cases. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 51 of 2021.
