JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 14.06.2020, passed by the District Magistrate, Siwan whereby and whereunder, the arms license of the petitioner has been suspended, however, in view of the fact that the petitioner has been merely asked to file a show cause reply, as to why the arms license should not be cancelled, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate show cause reply before the District Magistrate, Siwan. Liberty so sought is granted.
