2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 345 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant along with his family members was sitting at his door, all the accused persons equipped with iron rod and lathi, came there and started assaulting him and in consequence thereof, petitioner no. 1is alleged to have assaulted the informant which hit on his head whereas petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have pelted with bricks, as a result of which, Rahul

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. There is case and counter case and the members of defense side have also suffered injuries. He has submitted further that there is allegation of petitioner no. 1 that he assaulted the husband of the informant, who suffered simple injuries and the specific allegation against the petitioner no.2 Anuj Kumar Sharma is that he assaulted Rahul Kumar Goswami on his head, but the injury on his leg was found to be grievous.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 345 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
