ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 Pursuant to the order dated 18.07.2018, a report has been received from the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali. Perused the report. The explanation furnished by him is accepted. The trial court is allowed a further period of six months to conclude the trial positively and report the matter to this Court.

It is made clear that the trial court shall proceed on day to day basis without giving any unnecessary adjournment, so that the time-frame fixed by this Court is followed and the trial may reach to its logical conclusion.

It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted in this case.
