The petitioner seeks his bail in Palanwa P.S.Case No.35 of 2001 registered under Sections 304B,201/34 IPC.

The informant alleged that his daughter was killed by her husband and other family members. The petitioner informed the informant about illness of his daughter but he is not a family member of the husband of the deceased. The police, after investigation, submitted final form finding the case false. Learned A.C.J.M. by order dated 7.12.2011, took cognizance of the offence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Palanwa P.S.Case No. 35 of 2001.
