On account of non disposal of Forest Appeal No. 39/2016 under Section 52A of the Indian Forest Act (Bihar Amendment) arising out of Confiscation Case No.193/2015 not only caused embarrassment to the petitioner rather also causing loss to the petitioner as well as State in the background of the vehicle meeting with natural decay on account of efflux of time. Accordingly, District Magistrate-cum-Appellant Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to dispose of aforesaid confiscation appeal within three months from the date of receipt/production of the instant order. In case of violation, the same will be viewed seriously.
