The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the inordinate delay in institution of the FIR as also the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injured Shiv Sharan Paswan had sustained only one lacerated wound over left parietal region, which was found simple in nature by the doctor, who treated him, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3227 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-IV, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
