JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was exonerated by the police, who submitted final form. The court below has differed with the final form and taken cognizance.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
