Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made gun is said to have been recovered from a bag which was being carried by the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 19.12.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case is nothing but only highhandedness of the police and, as a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
