The defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode properly. Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 55 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel submits that the name of the petitioner has been falsely implicated.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
