The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For directing the respondent-authorities to remove entire encroachment over the land appertaining to Mauja-Sarottar, Thana No. 33, Khata No. 831, Kheshra No. 4258 having an area of 2 Acre 9 Decimal, nature of land is Gairmajarua Malik land."
