This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 353, 124A, 121A, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 17 of the CLA Act, 3, 4, 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 16, 17, 18, 19, 12 and 38 of the U.A.P.A. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the only material against the petitioners is that their name was disclosed by the crowd after the occurrence amongst forty and submitted that there is no specific evidence against the petitioners in the case diary that they had participated in the occurrence.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18653 of 2015 (3) dt.31-07-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in connection with S.Tr. No. 342 of 2014/502 of 2014 arising out of Nabinagar P. S. Case No. 174 of 2013.
