The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of respondent No.9 as Panchayat Teacher on the ground that respondent No.9 got less marks than the petitioner. There is provision of appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority against the order of the employment unit but without exhausting the same the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2141 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 petitioner straightway filed this writ petition. In this view of the fact, I do not find any merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority within 30 days from today and if such appeal is filed the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
