The petitioner seeks his bail in Pirbahore P.S.Case No.517 of 2009 registered under Sections 429, 467, 468, 741 IPC and Sections 27(b) 27(d), 28, 28(A) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Section 7 of the E.C. Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was running a medicine shop in the house of Arun Kumar and from where the medicines meant for distribution in the Hospital were recovered. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The premise belongs to Arun Kumar. The petitioner has got no licence for selling the medicines. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No. 517 of 2009.
