JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Barhat P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the First Information Report itself, it is apparent that the petitioners and informant are Gotia and living with common courtyard and due to certain domestic problem they had assaulted in which some have injured. It is submitted that it is hardly a case of 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Be that as it may, in the event of their

No.10865 of 2016 (4) dt.01-06-2016 2 / 2 arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Ramfal Yadav, Rajo Yadav and Bambam Yadav, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
