The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.577 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of snatching ornaments from the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation, one person was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner and on that basis the petitioner is made accused in the present case. It is also

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by submitting that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature. Taking into consideration the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
