The petitioner seeks his bail in Kanhauli P.S.Case No.61 of 2013 registered under Section 394 IPC.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. The looted mobile phone was recovered from the possession of coaccused Devendra Paswan, who disclosed the name of the petitioner and stated that the petitioner has given the mobile to him. Devenra Paswan has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S.Case No. 61 of 2013.
