The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P. S. Case No. 505/2014 registered under Sections 147, 148,149,323,324,307,302, 379 and 436 of the I.P.C. The allegation is that the petitioner alongwith 19 persons named in the F.I.R. entered in the house of informant, where his father was assaulted.
