Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that certain developments have taken place and as such he will approach the Court below.

It is submitted by learned A.P.P. for the State that the allegation made in F.I.R. is under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and prayer of the petitioner is to quash the entire criminal proceeding including the police report in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 dated 22.03.2019.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14260 of 2021(2) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. with a liberty to approach the Court below where he may pursue the appropriate remedy. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
