The petitioner seeks bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other accused persons was arrested and looted articles with a country made pistol were recovered from their possession.

Having considered that the petitioner and other accused persons looted the passenger who was returning to his house, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.)
