2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 710 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by contract killers.

4. The petitioner is involved in conspiracy of hiring the contract killers. The petitioner is in jail since 28.09.2023 and materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.
