The petitioner seeks bail in Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted his own brother. It is submitted that the injuries found on the informant Pammi Devi is simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S.
