Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 435, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that name of petitioner was disclosed by one coaccused, Baijnath Manjhi and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
