1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is for issuance of appropriate Writ/Writs for setting aside the constitution of Selection committee dt.- 9.09.2023 (Annexure-P5) and the consequential decisions for illegal and collusive selection and appointment of Tola Sevak under Mukhyamantri Akshar Anchal Yojana which is against the Selection rules mentioned in Directory/Guidelines for Selection of Tola Sevak and Sikhsha Swamsevi on the post of Tola Sewak

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the counter affidavit, filed by the District Programme Officer (Literacy), Muzaffarpur, wherein, it has been stated that the matter is already under inquiry and a letter dated 08.02.2023 has also been sent to the Block Education Officer, Saraiya, directing him to make inquiry and submit the Inquiry Report, hence it is submitted that direction be issued to the respondents to take expeditious steps in the matter. It is directed accordingly.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
