This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.866 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accused persons including the petitioner have committed loot at the patrol pump after firing. 4.

The petitioner is also accused in four criminal cases. He is in custody since 25.09.2023. 5.

Considering criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail though other co-accused persons have been granted bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
