The petitioner seeks bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that ten live cartridges of 315 bore was recovered from the possessions of the petitioner and on the disclosure of the petitioner one country made pistol was recovered from the maize field. Petitioner is in jail since 4.09.2014. He has remained in jail for more than seven months and he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anjani Kumar Gond, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014.
