Petitioners are accused in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 450 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no concern with the seized materials. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.12.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
