2. The impugned order is appealable under Section 29 of the D.B. Act.

3. In view of the aforesaid provision, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order in appeal before the appropriate court.

4. It goes without saying that the petitioner will be at liberty to raise all the points before the appellate authority in accordance with law.

5. If the appeal is filed within 15 days along with
